Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by AZ Acton Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.
Services Provided
AZ Acton Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and our ability to perform the work safely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated to you in writing before proceeding with the changes.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your written contract or estimate. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work and final payment upon completion. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and credit card. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid services.
Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project based on the scope of work and current scheduling. While we make every effort to complete projects on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Warranty
We provide a warranty on our workmanship as specified in your written contract. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your contract.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from homeowner associations or local authorities, and identifying the location of underground utilities before work begins. You must also follow any care and maintenance instructions provided to ensure the longevity of your concrete installation.
Liability and Insurance
AZ Acton Concrete carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked by the appropriate utility companies. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to fees for work already performed, materials ordered, or scheduling commitments made. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns or disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
